2009/10/17 Hauser Geode beds run
October 17th, lets go get sum!! please re reply if you are in so I can start the list, also do you guys wanna camp? (duh of course)
I've always wanted to go here and find some geodes as well as do some wheeling, it's supposed to be moderate terrain but the geods are supposed to be plentiful. Anyone else with me? I took Keith out there a couple years ago. Getting geodes is NOT as easy as it sounds.
The wheeling we did was pretty easy and the main road heading down is a dirt super highway. There's a bunch of other trails out that way so finding something to your liking probably won't be that hard. More than likely I'm a go, but we will have to wait on dates before I can be sure.

Sounds like alot of fun. Not exactly next door but if I find a geode it would be worth the trip. Don`t think I want to go there when its 120 degrees out but if thats when it is then thats when i`ll go.

i'd be interested.....not when its 400 degrees out there...when exactly are you leaving mike?
