arg, you have an RC51?!? lucky bastid. next to aprilia's rsv and ducati's hypermotard and superbikes, that's one of my favorite bikes on the road.

That's not a Buell - I believe that's a new Sportster. I'm not usually a Harley fan, but that's pretty sweet.

He was referring to Busta's post... And yup, that's my Harley XR1200 which is basically a heavy buell with character I've got my eye on the new Ducati Multistrada 1200s though. Took a test ride the other day and WOW.

Oops - sorry guys. Didn't even see the Buell thumbnail. Was sort of stuck drooling over the Sportster.
Was never a fan of the V-twins until I took the Ducati plunge in '95. Had always had Ninjas, but loved that bike - but honestly really missed that I-4 whine and exhaust note.

I know they call it the multistrada, but i dont think anyone would want to take it on dirt, and i can only imagine that weight making turns a very scary experience. but it looks lovely, mabey a nice supermoto type.

It's 423 pounds compared to a BMW R 1200 GS that is 491 pounds and I agree about taking it on the dirt but the electronic suspension and engine settings are slick. I'm just looking for an all around tourer that can go long distances comfortabley. Just test ride one and you'll see what I mean...

Or maybe you're thinking of a different bike. This is the one I'm talking about
